Far Acuity
Distance vision at a simulated 6 m viewing distance using ISO 8596–aligned Tumbling E optotypes. Scores each eye independently or both eyes together, with optional assisted runs when candidates wear corrective lenses.
Fully Configurable • Cloud-ready • Database Storage • Modular Lens System • Remote Support
The Clarifeye Occupational Health and Safety Vision Screener is configured to screen for acuity, visual field, depth perception, colour vision, and more in line with SASOM occupational vision screening guidelines — and can be adapted to conform to any occupational or educational vision screening standard globally.
Ten built-in screening applications — each fully automatic or manually operated — combine into 15+ occupational health profiles. Institutions and therapists can also request custom application sets.

Mid-range vision screening for roles that require clear sight at arm’s length or dashboard distance — between far and near occupational requirements.
Close-work vision at 40 cm for reading documents, instrument panels, and fine-detail tasks. Uses the same calibrated optical path as far and intermediate acuity.
Screens for colour-deficiency using Ishihara-style plates. Essential for safety-critical roles where distinguishing signal colours, wiring, or warning indicators is required.
Automated visual field testing at 50°, 60°, 70°, 80°, 85° and nasal fields. Head-position monitoring pauses the test if the candidate moves out of alignment.
Full depth-perception and 3D vision assessment using stereoscopic images, with ranked outcomes for detailed OHS reporting. Automatically skipped for single-eye candidates.
A simplified depth-perception screen with fewer stereo image pairs and streamlined scoring — coarse, moderate, and fine levels for rapid binocularity checks when full graded stereopsis is not required.
Measures depth perception when a candidate cannot fuse binocularly or relies on one eye only. Assesses whether they can use monocular visual cues to gauge depth, with results graded from poor to excellent for SASOM-aligned OHS pass criteria.
Measures the ability to detect low-contrast targets, recorded in logMAR units for left eye, right eye, and both eyes. Critical for low-light and hazy-condition occupational assessments.
On-board glare LEDs simulate oncoming headlights. Measures how quickly vision recovers for graded Tumbling E optotypes — with a personalised baseline for night-driving and outdoor glare assessments.
